This Refund Policy governs all purchases made through our website.

Online Courses

All purchases of digital courses are final and strictly non-refundable.

Once payment is successfully completed and course access is granted:

No refunds

No cancellations

No exchanges

This applies regardless of course progress or level of access.

Personal Online Sessions

Payments for personal online training sessions are non-refundable.

Rescheduling:

Rescheduling may be permitted at our sole discretion if a request is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session

Failure to attend a scheduled session without adequate notice will result in forfeiture of the session fee

No Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued under circumstances including, but not limited to:

Change of mind

Time constraints

User-side technical issues

Misinterpretation of course content or skill level

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
